CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund and can be completed through the booking website. • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times at least 25+ hours in advance at no charge. Additional reschedules will incur a 10% fee per occurrence. • Reschedules within 24 hours will incur a 15% fee and cannot be rescheduled again. Further changes will require cancellation (50% fee) and rebooking with a 30% deposit. • Groupon clients are still required to pay a deposit when booking. This deposit will be fully refunded at the end of the completed appointment, this secures your appointment time and protects me against last-minute cancellations.
