CANCELLATION POLICY
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. • GROUPON: a flat $15 fee is collected as deposit for all Groupon services. Fully refundable at end of completed service, non-refundable if no-show or appointment cancelled within 24hrs • Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in a 50% cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance are eligible for a full deposit refund and can be completed through the booking website. • A client will be considered a ‘no show’ if they fail to arrive to their appointment within 20 minutes of the scheduled start time, causing for the 50% cancellation fee to be charged. • Appointments may be rescheduled up to two (2) times at least 25+ hours in advance at no charge. Additional reschedules will incur a 10% fee per occurrence. • Reschedules within 24 hours will incur a 15% fee and cannot be rescheduled again. Further changes will require cancellation (50% fee) and rebooking with a 30% deposit.
